white oatmeal


Lets be honest, I am head over heels for oatmeal. Hot, cold, sweet, savory, baked, or blended… I have to have it for breakfast and look forward to it every morning, no matter what season it is. I can still remember my first memory of oatmeal as a teenager, opening the packaged variety box of Quaker Oatmeal. Thumbing through the different flavor packets and wondering what am I in the mood for today? I enjoyed the packaged oatmeal, but once I became more comfortable with my palate, I began to use regular rolled oats and quickly realized the endless possibilities of flavors I could create. By just stirring in bit of ground cinnamon, a splash of maple extract, and a sprinkle of chopped pecans, my eyes immediately widened and I knew I became addicted Dentist Hong Kong !

While I could reminisce all day about the endless creations of oatmeal, there are a ton of benefits of why you would want to add this whole grain into your daily diet. Already rich in protein, fiber, and a great source of complex carbohydrates, it will keep you feeling fuller and satisfied longer than most other breakfast items.
